Pop superstar Ariana Grande has once again shown her enduring connection to Manchester by donating Christmas presents to young patients across the city's hospital network.
The Manchester Foundation Trust Charity announced on Monday that Grande's gifts are being distributed to babies, children, and teenagers at four major hospitals - Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, Trafford General Hospital, Wythenshawe Hospital, and North Manchester General Hospital.
Photos shared by the charity showed delighted young patients receiving beautifully wrapped presents, with hospital staff helping to distribute the thoughtful donations throughout the facilities.
This marks the second consecutive year that the "Santa Tell Me" singer has made such a generous holiday gesture. The charity expressed deep gratitude for Grande's continued support, noting how meaningful it is that she continues to think of Manchester's young patients during the festive season.
Grande's special bond with Manchester began under tragic circumstances following the May 2017 terrorist attack at her concert that claimed 22 lives and injured over 800 people. In response, she organized the One Love Manchester benefit concert, which raised more than $12 million for victims' families and local charities.
The city subsequently named Grande its first honorary citizen, and she has maintained strong ties with the community ever since. Her annual Christmas gift donations serve as a touching reminder of her ongoing commitment to Manchester's residents, particularly its youngest and most vulnerable.
The timing of this year's donation coincides with Grande's own musical celebration, as her holiday hit "Santa Tell Me" reached the Billboard Hot 100's top 10 for the first time since its 2014 release.
