My Chemical Romance is set to embark on an extraordinary stadium tour in Summer 2025, performing their legendary album "The Black Parade" in its entirety. The band will bring their theatrical rock opera to 10 major venues across North America in a tour titled "Long Live The Black Parade."
The iconic quartet - Gerard Way, Ray Toro, Frank Iero, and Mikey Way - will kick off their stadium run on July 11 in Seattle at T-Mobile Park and conclude on September 13 in Tampa at Raymond James Stadium. The tour celebrates their 2006 masterpiece, which was recently honored on Rolling Stone's "500 Greatest Albums of All Time" list.
Each show promises a unique experience with different hand-selected opening acts joining the band throughout the tour. The impressive roster of special guests includes punk pioneers Violent Femmes, rock legend Alice Cooper, alternative icons Pixies, and contemporary artists like 100 Gecs and Wallows.
The tour will primarily utilize Major League Baseball stadiums, with a special hometown performance scheduled at New Jersey's MetLife Stadium on August 9, featuring both Death Cab for Cutie and Thursday as supporting acts.
Fans can expect to hear beloved tracks like "Welcome to the Black Parade," "Famous Last Words," and "Teenagers" performed in sequence, offering a complete immersion into the album's narrative.
This announcement follows the band's recent full performance of "The Black Parade" at the When We Were Young festival in Las Vegas. The 2025 tour marks another milestone in My Chemical Romance's ongoing reunion journey, which began in 2019.
Tickets go on sale Friday, November 15, at 10 a.m. local time through Ticketmaster, with various ticketing platforms offering additional purchasing options.
