Country music superstar Zach Bryan is set to make history as the first artist to perform a concert at Michigan Stadium, with a landmark show scheduled for September 27, 2025.
The Grammy-winning performer will headline the unprecedented event at the "Big House" - the largest stadium in the United States and Western Hemisphere, with a seating capacity of 107,601. The concert will feature an impressive lineup including seven-time Grammy winner John Mayer, Ryan Bingham and The Texas Gentlemen, and Joshua Slone.
"Playing in Ann Arbor with some heroes and good pals of mine!" Bryan shared on Instagram. "I love you guys so much... Thankful is an understatement."
While Michigan Stadium has long served as the home field for University of Michigan football and hosted various sporting events, this marks its first venture into live music entertainment. Warde Manuel, U-M's Director of Athletics, revealed that the university spent several years evaluating the logistics of hosting concerts at the venue before moving forward with this historic event.
The Michigan Stadium show adds to Bryan's impressive schedule of high-profile performances in 2025, including headlining California's Stagecoach Festival, multiple dates at Dublin's Phoenix Park and London's Hyde Park, and a three-night run at MetLife Stadium near New York City.
Tickets for this groundbreaking concert will go on sale Friday, February 14, at 10 a.m. local time through AXS. The event follows Bryan's successful "Quittin' Time Tour," which saw him perform at 85 arenas and stadiums across North America.
This historic concert positions Michigan Stadium alongside global venues like India's Narendra Modi Stadium and North Korea's Rungrado 1st of May Stadium as one of the world's largest entertainment venues.
